Return and Refund Policy

1. Standard Timeline: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 2-3 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Please note that the refund process may take 7 to 10 working days to complete.

2. Refund Method:The refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid.

Exchange Policy

1. Exclusively for E-commerce: Apsara by Antara offers an exchange policy exclusively for e-commerce purchases. For products purchased from physical stores, kindly contact the franchise from where the product was purchased or reach out to us through our Facebook page for further assistance.

2. Exchange Term: Products eligible for exchange must be returned within 2-3 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. The products should be in their original packaging, with all external and internal labels intact and without any signs of use or damage. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the product being returned to the customer without prior notice.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Apsara by Antara through our Facebook page to express your dissatisfaction and request an exchange.

2. Once your request is received, we will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.

3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for any signs of use or label removal. If the product meets the necessary conditions, we will proceed with the exchange.

4. The time required for the exchange product to reach you will be similar to the initial delivery timeframe.

Defective Product

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

1. If the defect is evident upon receiving the product, you can return it immediately for a refund or exchange.

2. If the defect is noticed within 3 days of receiving the product, please send us a picture of the defect through our Facebook page. Our team will guide you accordingly on how to proceed.
